Partial and loose-item returns
Return only part of the original quantity, including decimal quantities for loose goods. Cumulative protection prevents returning more than was originally sold.
Restock Total Stock only
If Return to Inventory is selected, returned quantity increases Total Stock. Shelf Stock is left unchanged because returned goods may require inspection.
Cash or Other refund method
GroceryBilling records the refund method but does not attempt an external card/payment-gateway reversal.
